AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are LAWFLUENCE ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a premier legal marketing agency headquartered at 25901 Via Del Sur, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.

We operate a network of digital properties including lawfluence.com (the "Agency Site") and lawfluencecases.com (the "Case Lead Platform"), as well as all related software, landing pages, and automated communication tools (collectively, the "Services").

The Lawfluence Ecosystem

Our Services are specifically designed for the legal industry and include:

Lawfluence.com: Providing agency services such as SEO, PPC, and reputation management.
Lawfluencecases.com: Operating high-performance lead generation and case-specific landing pages designed to connect potential claimants with Lawfluence’s attorney-clients.
Automated Lead Nurturing: SMS, email, and CRM integrations to facilitate the transfer of potential case leads to law firms.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES & LEAD GENERATION

Lawfluence operates as a Marketing Provider, not a Lawyer Referral Service (unless specifically registered as such in a given jurisdiction).

Lead Capture: On lawfluencecases.com, we capture information from potential claimants. Lawfluence does not evaluate the legal merits of a case; we facilitate the delivery of that data to the Client (the Law Firm).
No Attorney-Client Relationship: No communication through Lawfluence’s sites creates an attorney-client relationship between Lawfluence and the end-user, nor between the law firm and the end-user until a formal retainer is signed.

2. CLIENT (LAW FIRM) RESPONSIBILITIES

As a legal marketing client, you are the "Publisher" of the marketing we execute. You represent and warrant that:

Ethics Compliance: You have reviewed all landing pages on lawfluencecases.com and marketing scripts to ensure they comply with your State Bar's rules on "Solicitation" and "Communication of Fields of Practice."
Data Privacy: You will handle all leads transferred from Lawfluence in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable data protection laws.

3. SMS & TCPA COMPLIANCE

Our lead-capture process on lawfluencecases.com includes "Prior Express Written Consent" (PEWC) language.

Authorization: You authorize Lawfluence to send initial automated responses to potential leads on your behalf to confirm their interest in legal services.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Lawfluence against any TCPA claims arising from your subsequent follow-up with leads after they have been transferred to your firm.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All "Case Funnels," website designs, and proprietary lead-generation workflows on lawfluencecases.com are the exclusive property of Lawfluence. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these funnels solely during the term of their service agreement.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, California.
